Forks Washington is a magical place for me and my intimate relationship with the Wild Steelhead of my home state. Every spring brings new rivers of the same name, I have fished and guided here for many years, this season is no exception, from the looks of the weather report and water flows I will be back on the fabled Hoh river by next week. For the past two decades this one river has produced many steelhead over that magical 20 pound mark and I intend to make that mark again many times this season. These fish are the single reason we travel thousands of miles and risk the outcome in this wettest of regions we call the Pacific North West. My home for as long as they will run is Forks Washington every winter and spring. Join me and my team of professional fly fishing guides for your unique adventure into the steelhead capitol of the world.
Back in the saddle for 2011.
